After some confusion, it has been confirmed that TV show Wizards of Waverly Place will be turned into a movie set to air on the Disney Channel sometime in 2009.
The full cast, Jake T. Austin, David Henrie, Selena Gomez, Maria Canals and David DeLuise, will be on hand for the flick and word is that Demi Lovato will stop by for a cameo.
The show is based on a family who live normal lives but are actually wizards. In the movie version, the Russo’s secret is reportedly revealed.
