Former TRL host, Vanessa Minnillo, was spotted in Mexico this weekend and was showing off her brand new engagement from Nick Lachey.
Of course, Nick and ex-wife Jessica Simpson have been all over the internet, both with new romances that have turned into engagements. Jessica showed off her engagement ring this weekend at a Dillards department store, a gorgeous Ruby ring from Eric Johnson. Vanessa’s ring is apparently a traditional diamond but isn’t short on size.
