She has become the first female artist from Barbados to win a grammy and has a hugely successful music career. She has landed 5 #1s in her career and has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. She was rumored to have “interfered” with the hush-hush romance of Beyonce and Jay-Z but is currently involved with fellow R&B star Chris Brown.

Why She’s On The List: This California girl has become a household name due to her role in the Disney “High School Musical” series. Vanessa has released 2 albums but neither have generated much publicity for her. Her highly-photographed relationship with HSM co-star Zac Efron can be seen all over the internet! Vanessa is a spokesperson for Neutrogena and Sears.

Why She’s On The List: This Jersey-girl has grown-up under the watchful eye of the Disney Co. From her appearances on The Suite Life of Zach & Cody to her eventual role as Sharpay in the highly-successful High School Musical movies, she’s made a living as a Disney-kid. Now with her freshman album out of the way, she hopes to have her sophomore album out in February 2009. Ashley received much publicity for her rhinoplasty procedure that she had completed in 2007. She claimed it was for medical reasons, in the end, who really cares?

Then along came the role of a lifetime as Sheryl Yoast in the Disney file, “Remember the Titans”. Now that she’s all grown-up you can see her portrayal of Claire Bennet on the NBC drama “Heroes”. Hayden is involved in several charity groups and her currently dating her Heroes Co-star Milo Ventimiglia.

Why She’s On The List: Audrina’s rise to fame is all thanks to her role on the MTV reality show “The Hills”. Audrina is hoping for her own spin-off soon…come on MTV what are you waiting for? She has landed a “real” role in Into the Blue 2. Like most young starlets she has her fair share of “leaked” nude photos. In March 2008 some high school pics were plastered all over the internet.

In the summer of 2008 she married fellow-actor Ryan Reynolds.

Mila finally landed her break-through movie role as Rachel Jansen in the comedy “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”. She also appeared in the Max Payne film. Mila has been involved with former child-star Macaulay Culkin since 2002.

This is a very reasonable list. The author obviously has a personal preference toward girls with larger breasts, and whiter skin. As we all should know, everyone has their own personal bias, so respect that. The author has a more than valid set of criteria for determining the best looking girls.
I’ve been kind of annoyed that some of you people are talking about girls who are 35-40 years old. For instance, Beyonce. You people need to read the title of the page you’re looking at. “25 and under”.
