Ryan Phillippe and Amanda Seyfried were spotted back in October attending Kate Hudson’s Halloween party together but they were spotted again yesterday in LA out shopping. Could it be that Phillippe and Seyfried are an item? According to another source they were also seen together in LA at a Foo Fighters concert.
