Twilight Hunk, Robert Pattinson, spent his 23rd birthday in Vancouver.
He was spotted at the Global Grill and Satay Bay, after a full day of filming. He was joined be fellow Twilight stars, Ashley Green, Kristen Stewart and Jamie Bower.
