Noah Cyrus, baby sister of Disney diva Miley Cyrus, was involved in a little scandal earlier this week. Cyrus showed up to a Santa Monica Halloween party a little too scantily clad for a 9-year-old, some are saying.
A guest at the ‘Dream Party’ shared with Star, ‘Everyone was talking about it. She was way too scantily clad for a 9-year-old.’
Amy Keroes, the founder of MommyTracked.com even had something to say about it!
‘This sends a bad message because I think it’s too early for girls to present themselves in this sexual way. This costume belongs on an adult not a 9-year-old girl. It strips away the innocence of a young girl and it has me concerned how she will dress at 13 or 14.’

Hello there, Happy hallowen!
Todd – I’m a mom of 5 decent and non-condom dressed kids. They know right from wrong. But Noah Cyrus is not naked or exposing too much. People these days are so uptight about what they “think” is correct. Maybe you should keep your mind out of the gutter and stop looking at her as some piece of meat. I saw it as a little girl playing dress up on a holiday (regardless of which holiday) and having fun.
