Emmy-winner Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka were seen today talking their twins, Harper and Gideon out for a walk, as well as the family dogs. The children, who were both covered up, are definelty the center of their dads world.
Neil tweeted over the weekend, “The tots both started laughing. On the same day. I’m now obsessed with getting them to do it. Babies laughing is like opium.”
