Minka Kelly has been cast by Drew Barrymore in the new ABC series, Charlie’s Angels. Kelly, who appeared for 3 seasons on the critically acclaimed drama, Friday Night Lights and more recently appeared on NBCs Parenthood, has been cast as ” a neat freak, hand-to-hand combat fighting weapons expert named Marisa. Now, they’re reworking the role to fit the actress,” that according to TVLine.com
Minka is having a big year, including being named Esquire’s Sexiest Woman of the Year and of course her long-term relationship with New York Yankees Short-stop, Derek Jeter.
