Teen sensation Miley Cyrus, 16, feels that she is ready to be completely independent from her parents, and move in with her BFF Mandy Jiroux. But her parents, Tish and Billy Ray are saying “no way”.
“Miley’s parents feel, that if anything, she has already got more freedom than is good for her,” a source tells the National Enquirer.
“Miley knows that the next time she asks, it will come as less of a shock. She plans to wear her mom and dad down. She is itching for freedom and hopes to be under her own roof well before she turns 18.”

In my point of view she is too young to move out but it’s great to see she feels confident and ready to move out but her parents are right to not allow her to move out yet but hwen the time comes she is going to have to move out. I reckon the right age to move out is probably around 17/18 years of age. 16 years is just too young!
