Michael Phelps just can’t stop breaking records. The Baltimore hero recently was given a new title by Sports Illustrated: “Sportsman of the Year.”
The larger than life Phelps, literally and figuratively, took home a record-breaking 8 gold medals during the Beijing Summer Olympics.
He definitely deserved the honor.
