Glee star, Lea Michele, tweeted a message to her followers today. This is the first public remark that Lea has made since her on-screen and real-life love, Cory Monteith passed away unexpectedly from a drug overdose.
Lea, shared a private photo of the couple saying, “Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart.”
Glee producer and creator Ryan Murphy commented last week that the cast will honor Cory and that Lea helped make the decision to end Cory’s character Finn’s life on the series.
“We will honor Cory the best way we know how,” Ryan said in a statement.
