Kate Winslet, actress and former wife of director Sam Mendes, was spotted with new beau Dowler Louis last month. The new couple reportedly dined with friends at the Jules Verne restaurant within the Eiffel Tower, enjoyed an after dinner smoke, and soaked in the sites of Paris.
Dowler and Winslet have been romantically linked for a few months though they do their best to stay out of the spotlight. The new couple reportedly met through mutual friends.
