Oh no he did not. Rapper Kanye West, who is known for constantly running his mouth, made quite a spectacle during the first award of the evening over at the 2009 MTV VMA’s.
During Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech after she won Best Female Video, Kanye burst on stage, stole her microphone, and told the whole world that Beyonce deserved to win.
I personally think that not only did Taylor hold herself together, she showed amazing professionalism. Hopefully she’ll get a chance to make an acceptance speech later.

I Love Kanye, I partilly agree with him. But he should have gave Taylor Swift her moment and waited till AFTER she gave her speech.
What really made it worse that it was all American, wholesome Taylor Swift… Do you think he would of done this to “Pink” or “Lil’ Kim”? Oh Heck No… Why because they would have went off on his butt! He is brave enough to pick on a little 19 year, 100 pound little female but…. Do you think he would have jumped one stage if 50 cent or Snoop Dogg accepted an award and said the same thing???… The answer is NO because he’s a coward!! Wrong time, Wrong place, a real ghetto moment. HOWEVER, you do realize that he called out the VMA’s for their Hypocrisy? Taylor Swift won best female Video of the Year (beating Beyonce), so how come Beyonce got overall Video of the year?
I don’t care if Beyonce’s better than Taylor. But what Kanye did was shit! He could’ve just resisted the urge to say his ‘extreme’ perspective. Taylor looked mortified! If I was on her shoes that time, I could have cried. And Beyonce was stunned too! Did you see her face?
Other celebs should try doing that to him, and let’s see what he feels. And so what’s the point the whole thing? NOTHING! It made the world like/feel pity for Taylor more! Is he stupid or what?
