John Wall is NBA’s Washington Wizards first draft pick. The 6 foot 4 inch, 196 pound 19 year old who began playing as a point guard for the University of Kentucky landed himself a new gig on June 25, 2010. Already christened with the nickname of “Game Changer,” Wall has earned huge acclaim from the NBA, fans, and teammates. Wall has also had a welcome at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC from Major Fenty of the Nation’s capital, the Wizards, and fans that rivals that of Hollywood’s red carpet. Fenty declared June 25th John Wall Day at the event.
Wall has already broken records on the court with an impressive number of assists, points, and steals during his stint at University of Kentucky.
