Everybody knows there are days when you hear a Taylor Swift song and think, that is so real life. Well apparently “everybody” includes TV producers as well. Some producers are considering making hour-long dramas out of hit country songs. According to Billboard, a brand new series titled American Storytellers would be using the Sony/ATV music catalog, which includes popular country artists such as Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, and Rascal Flatts, to make the episodes of this series. They could also use the more traditional country artists like Buck Owens or Merle Haggard.
No word yet on which specific songs producers would use.
