That was so making fun of Miley Cyrus. Chelsea Handler always makes fun of stuff/people like that. She was doing neither. Just making fun of her. =)

Did you actually watch the video Sugar? That was most definitely a compliment. Plus if you ever watch her show anyway, you’d know there was no bashing going on there
