Kelly Osborne, daughter of notoriously demented, hard partying rocker Ozzy Osbourne, was recently spotted at NYC’s Fashion week. Kelly was photographed with singer Estelle earing a frock resembling something from Wilma Flintstone’s closet. Perhaps designer Jeremy Scott was watching cartoons when he designed Kelly’s dress.
