Avril Lavigne picked up the Certificate of Honor from the China Association of Social Workers in Beijing on Monday.
During her Best Damn Tour, the 24 year-old had helped to raise funds for poor families and children with disabilities in China and gave gifts to children in China’s earthquake-ravaged Sichuan province.
