A fierce Adele took the stage tonight at the Grammy Awards….after she was forced to cancel her North American tour and undergo a major throat surgery.
As Adele took the first Grammy presented tonight for Best Pop Performance, she thanked the brilliant surgeons, who saved her vocal chords.
